Grilled Chicken is my favorite summer dinner recipe. I love to heat up the grill and grill Chicken or Fish or Meat for dinner.

Leftover Grilled Chicken is perfectly used for these wraps. I almost always grill extra chicken breasts and thigh pieces and use them the next day to make Chicken Wraps.

Rolling Wraps is easy. But only when you've mastered a few simple tricks up your sleeve. Its just like rolling a Burrito.

    • Place your filling in the center of the tortilla
    • Start rolling from the bottom of the side facing you.
    • Then, fold the sides
    • And finally, roll all the way tucking it to the other side.
    • If you see its opening up, then seal it with a few toothpicks.
    • The trick is to not use too much pressure while rolling the wraps or it might break
    • Also, do not stuff in a lot of filling at once. If you have lots, save it or just make another one.

    • You can make this Low Carb by rolling your Wrap in Iceberg Lettuce
    • You can replace Chicken with Turkey or Pork
    • You can spread some Blue Cheese Dressing or Ranch dressing over the Flour Tortilla before placing the filling.
    • You can replace Mozzarella Cheese with shredded Cheddar Cheese
    • You can replace Cabbage with Romaine Lettuce
    • You can reduce the spice in these wraps by skipping out on Sriracha and Cayenne Pepper
    • You can also layer with some Avocado Slices or Carrot Juliennes.

How to keep wraps from getting soggy

Wraps tend to get soggy over time. And especially if you're packing it for lunch, it can get really soggy by the end of the day.

To avoid that, just wrap it tightly with a Plastic wrap or with an Aluminium foil. Wraping it will foil will prevent it from getting moist and wraps won't get soggy.

These Grilled Buffalo Chicken Wraps makes for an excellent choice for Mealprep. You can make these Wraps and store it in a glass lig covered conatiner in the refrigerator.
