
Quick Low Carb Keto Cheeseburger Casserole is a healthy dinner recipe made with lean ground beef which is flavored with Avocado Oil Mayonnaise, Sugar-Free Ketchup, and Dijon Mustard. It is topped with loads of Mozzarella Cheese and baked at 350°F or 180°C for 16 minutes or until the cheese starts to bubble from the sides and form a thick white layer on top.
Low Carb Keto Cheeseburger Casserole
Keto Cheeseburger Casserole is one of my favorites go-to dinner recipes when I am looking to make a one-pot dinner which is healthy and cheap. Cheeseburger Casserole is so yummy that you won't believe that it's a low carb and ketogenic recipe. It's your same and all-time favorite Cheeseburger deconstructed, into a cheesy and comforting casserole recipe that the whole family can enjoy together.

What makes this recipe Keto or Low Carb?
The most important question - this recipe is Keto or low in carb and high in fat because I have used Lean Ground Beef. Also, I have used Mozarella Cheese which is high in fat and low in carbs. The Ketchup used here is keto-friendly sugar-free Ketchup and I have also used some Avocado Oil Mayonnaise and Dijon Mustard, which brings in that street-side flavor to your Cheeseburger casserole.

Let's talk Ingredients:
Lean Ground Beef - Cheeseburger Casserole tastes amazing with Lean Ground Beef, not to mention that it's obviously keto-friendly and an easy choice. Of course, using Extra Lean Ground Beef is an easier choice, however, I had none at home, so I drained mine and used it.
Avocado Oil Mayonnaise - Avocado Oil Mayonnaise is healthy and Keto friendly. It has a mildly sour taste and is not as salty as vegetable oil Mayonnaise.
Garlic and Onions - I have used chopped Red Onions and Garlic. I have tossed my meat with it to flavor it. I use a lot of garlic because I love the garlicky flavor in my casserole. However, you're free to use as much garlic as per your choice.
Sugar-Free Ketchup - Honestly, Cheesebriger Casserole without Ketchup is just not done. So, I had to use Ketchup. However, to make it low carb, I have used Sugar-Free Ketchup. It's easily available and tastes almost the same.
Dijon Mustard - Dijon Mustard brings in that kick which you need in Cheeseburger recipe. However, Yellow Mustard works fine as well. In fact, my kids love it with Yellow Mustard. It tastes so authentic and street-like 🙂
Mozzarella Cheese - Finally, a generous layer of Mozzarella Cheese to bake off your Cheeseburger Casserole. You can use Cheddar cheese too or even Colby or Monterey Jack. Cheese has high-fat content and low carb content which makes it so keto-friendly. Also, without cheese, this recipe is just incomplete!
Spices & Herbs - I have just spiced this Cheeseburger Casserole with some Salt, Pepper, and some Oregano. I think Oregano gives it a nice finishing touch. If you want it a little bit spicy, feel free to use some cayenne pepper.
Here are the steps:
Making this Cheeseburger Casserole is really a breeze.
You start by cooking your Ground beef. You cook the meat until it turns brown and then add the Salt, Pepper, Onion, and Garlic.

Once it gets cooked, turn off the flame and then add the 3 condiments - Mayonnaise, Dijon Mustard and Tomato Ketchup. Add 50% of the Cheese and stir well. Place it in a greased 9x9 inch baking tray.


Top with a cup of Mozzarella Cheese or any Cheese which you are using and bake it at 350 F or 180 C for 16-17 minutes or until you see the cheese is bubbling from the sides and there is a thick white layer of cheese on your casserole.



Get it out of the oven and top with some dried oregano. Cut into cubes and serve with some salad or salsa.

This Low Carb Keto Cheeseburger Casserole might sound healthy and honestly, it really is, however, the taste won't make you believe for once that this is diet food. The creamy and cheesy goodness with the spicy ground beef just melts in your mouth and there is a burst of flavor in your mouth that remind you of street-side Cheeseburger 🙂 This is seriously that good

How to store this Cheeseburger Casserole
You can cover this with a plastic wrap and keep it in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. If you are planning to freeze this then cut into servings and freeze them in an airtight container for up to 2-3 months. It stays fresh and yum! You can reheat this in the oven. However, be sure to reheat with just 50% power.

Low Carb Keto Cheeseburger Casserole
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil and some more for greasing the baking tray
- 1 lbs Lean Ground Beef 92% Lean
- 1 medium Red Onion chopped
- 10 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly grounded
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise Avocado Oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard or Yellow mustard
- 3 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup Sugar Free
- 1+½ Cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded (200gms)
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
INSTRUCTIONS
- First, preheat your oven to 350°F or 177°C. Grease a 9x9 inch baking tray with some olive oil or cooking spray.
Cooking the Ground Beef
- In a Pan heat some Olive Oil and add the ground beef. Cook the Ground Beef until it turns dark brown. Add chopped Onions and Garlic and cook until they are soft. Add salt and pepper and cook on low flame until the onions are soft.
- Turn off the flame and to the cooking meat add Mayonnaise, Dijon Mustard and Tomato Ketchup. Mix well and add 50% of the cheese to it.
- Pour this into the greased baking tray and top with shredded Mozzarella Cheese.
- Bake at 350°F OR 180°C for 16-17 minutes or until the cheese on top has melted and formed a white layer.
