- Lemon Juice
- Water / Chicken Broth (low sodium) - You can use water but it might be a little bland. In that case, increase the seasoning and spices.
- Chopped Parsley - For Garnish.

How much lemon juice when cooking in a slow cooker?
Anjali says
Hi Jill,
You can use the juice of 1 medium-sized Lemon, which should be about 1/4 cup to make this Lemon Chicken in the slow cooker. Also, I would recommend that you taste it before serving. If it gets too sour you can add some more heavy cream or if its not enough Lemony you can increase the Lemon juice. I hope this helps!
Thank You!
