    Not only because it's a healthy superfood but because it's just the perfect alternative to meat for vegetarian days. It's easy to cook, always tastes good, and is available easily everywhere, all year long.

    Crispy Roasted Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower

    These crispy Roasted Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower bites are baked. They have a crust on top which is due to parmesan cheese and panko breadcrumbs. It's this crusty topping that makes the Cauliflower taste so amazing.

    Also, this recipe is made with pantry staple ingredients. This gets ready in minutes and is always a perfect side dish or an appetizer. You can serve this with any sauce or dip you, love.

    I love the Garlic Parmesan flavors on these crispy Cauliflowers. It's not only flavorful but is so delicious. Do you like the Garlic Parmesan combo?     How to make Roasted Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower

    First, begin by chopping the Cauliflower head into small florets.

    Make a butter and garlic mixture by combining melted butter with some grated garlic. Keep it separate in a bowl.

    Now, combine Parmesan Cheese with Panko Breadcrumbs, Salt, and Pepper.

    Dip the cauliflower florets in the butter mixture and then in the panko mixture. Coat it evenly and spread it in a greased baking dish.

    Bake the Cauliflowers for 35-40 minutes. Toss midway after 20-25 minutes.

    Storage and Make-Ahead Instructions:

    Roasted Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower

    You can Roast the Cauliflower and store it in an air-tight bag in the freezer for 1 week. You can also keep this in an airtight Tupperware container and store it in the refrigerator for 1 week. Reheat in the oven before serving.

    Ingredients

    • 1 large Cauliflower Head
    • 2 sticks Butter
    • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
    • 5 cloves Garlic grated
    • ½ cup Panko Breadcrumbs

    Instructions

    • Preheat the oven to 400F or 200C. Grease a baking dish with cooking spray. Chop Cauliflower head into small florets.
    • Combine Melted Butter with Grated Garlic in a bowl
    • Mix Panko Breadcrumbs with Parmesan Cheese in a bowl. Add salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
    • Dip the cauliflower florets in the butter mixture and then again in the panko mixture. Place them in the baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes. Toss in between after 20 minutes.
    • Serve Crispy Roasted Garlic Parmesan Cauliflowers with any Sauce or Dip you love
