Vegan Chow Mein

Chow Mein is absolutely Vegan. These are made with Whole Wheat flour and are cooked in Sesame Oil. So this is absolutely healthy. You can cook this with veggies to make a perfect Vegan Chow Mein dinner for yourself.

Chow Mein Noodles are slippery and this is because, unlike Lo Mein, these are not cooked for long. These hold on to the flavors very well.

Can you make Chow Mein ahead of time?

Yes of course. You can cook Vegetable Chow Mein and cool it down to room temperature. Then you can store this in an Air Tight Container and refrigerate for 3 days. I like to add a little extra sauce while storing these because the sauces help them stay fresh for a long time.
