    So, I have added Broccoli along with Shrimp in the skillet and tossed all of them in the Honey Garlic Sauce.

    This result is a perfect stir fry recipe for dinner with Shrimp and Broccoli, which is perfectly seasoned and tasty!

    🥘 Ingredients

    • Shrimp (thawed if frozen, de veined and peeled)
    • Broccoli (chopped into florets and steamed)
    • Honey
    • Garlic (minced)
    • Soy Sauce
    • Olive Oil (to cook the Shrimp)

    STEP 1: MAKE THE STIR FRY SAUCE

    • In a mixing jar, combine Soy Sauce, Honey and Minced Garlic.
    • Whisk until combined.
    • Keep it aside.

    STEP 2: COOK THE SHRIMP

    • Heat Olive Oil in a skillet. As the oil shimmers add the Shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes.
    • Flip the shrimps after cooking each side for about a minute. Do not overcook the Shrimp

    • Microwave on full power for 5 minutes.
    • Drain the water and use the Broccoli
    • Add the Broccoli to the same skillet

    • More flavors - The recipe can be build to me even flavorful by using Red Pepper Flakes, Lime Juice, Smoked Paprika and Cilantro.
    • Sesame Oil - Cook the Shrimps in Sesame Oil for Nutty flavor.

    • You can easily cook the Shrimp and Broccoli in the air fryer
    • While you make the sauce separately in a skillet.
    • Once the Shrimps and Broccoli gets cooked, throw them in the skillet
    • Toss to combine everything and serve!

    You can store this Honey Garlic Shrimp and Broccoli in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks.

    You can freeze this as well. Once it gets cooked, cool it down to room temp. Store in a freezer friendly bag or freezer friendly airtight container for up to 3 months.

    Thaw overnight in the refrigerator and reheat in the oven before serving.

    Ingredients

    • 1 lbs Shrimp peeled and deveined
    • 2 cups Broccoli chopped into florets

    for Honey Garlic Sauce

    • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
    • ½ cup Honey
    • 2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
    • 5 cloves Garlic minced

    Instructions

    • Combine all the ingredients to make the sauce in a mixing jar. Whisk until combined. Keep it aside.
    • Add the Broccoli florets in a large bowl. Fill it with water and microwave on full power for 5 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
    • Heat Olive Oil in a skillet. As the oil shimmers, add the Shrimps and cook on low heat for 3 minutes or until they are no longer pink.
    • Move the Shrimps to one side of the Skillet and add the Broccoli florets to the other. Toss to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes at medium high heat.
    • Pour the Honey Garlic Sauce, and toss to combine everything. Bring it to a simmer.
    • Serve with Rice or Pasta of your choice. Garnish with freshly chopped Green Onions.
