Of course, you can choose your own protein like Shrimp or Chicken and make it a complete meal.

Keto Zucchini Noodles in Bang Bang Sauce
A few days back I got this new Paderno World Cuisine 3-Blade Vegetable Slicer / Spiralizer for myself. I must say, it is one of the best things I've got for my kitchen.
Today it was a breeze for me to take out these zucchini noodles.

How to Remove the Moisture content in Zucchini?
One of the major problems we face while making Zucchini noodles is handling the moisture content in it. To be honest, when I started with this recipe, there was so much moisture that I literally began crying. I thought I won't be able to complete this recipe as I had imagined. But it all worked out so well.
- Pat Dry Zucchini Noodles once you've spiralized them.
- Do not cook Zoodles for a long time.
- Do not add Bang bang while the heat is turned on. As long as the heat is turned on, the zoodles will keep releasing moisture.

🥘How to Make Low Carb Zucchini Noodles
Here you'll learn how to make Low Carb Keto Bang Bang Zucchini Noodles.
Step 1: Spriralize Zoodles
Use a Vegetable spiralizer with stainless steel blades. Spiralize zucchini and keep them on a plate.
Step 2: Pat dry Zucchini Noodles
Season Zucchini Noodles with Salt. Let it sit for 10-minutes. And, Then pat dry with a paper towel. Drain any excess liquid from zucchini noodles.
Step 3: Make Bang Bang Sauce
In a Pyrex glass cup or a medium-sized mixing bowl combine Sesame Oil, Thai Sweet Chili Sauce, Sriracha and Mayonnaise. Mix well to combine. This is your Bang Bang Sauce.
Step 4: Cook Zucchini
In a pan heat some olive oil. Add garlic and allow it to cook for 30-seconds. Then add zucchini noodles and cook lightly - just until the water releases. Turn off the heat and take it out on a plate.
Step 5: Pour Bang Bang Sauce
Finally pour bang bang sauce over hot Zucchini noodles. Serve right away.

INGREDIENTS
- 3 Medium Zucchini
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil can be replaced with canola oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
Ingredients for Bang Bang Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
INSTRUCTIONS
- Use your Vegetable Spiralizer to make Zucchini Noodles. Lay them out on a plate. Sprinkle some salt. Coat it evenly. Let the Zucchini noodles sit for 10-minutes.After 10-minutes drain out any extra moisture. Pat dry using a paper towel.
- In a skillet heat some olive oil over medium heat. Once the oil splatters, add minced garlic and allow the garlic to get fragrant for about 30-seconds.Add Zucchini Noodles and cook just until the moisture is completely oozed out. Then, take it off the heat and lay them out on a plate.
- In a pyrex glass measuring cup or a medium-sized mixing bowl combine the ingredients for bang bang sauce. Stir well until there are no lumps.
- Finally, Pour sauce on zucchini noodles and serve right away.
