- salt and pepper
- ¼ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
- ¼ cup Sundried Tomatoes
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese low fat
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- ½ teaspoon Toasted Onion Flakes
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ¼ cup Fresh Basil chopped
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes

How to make Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Tomato and Basil
Fill the Chicken Breasts with Cheese and fold it
- Cut open the Chicken breasts into butterflies and season with salt and pepper
- Stuff the Chicken Breasts with Mozzarella Cheese, Sundried Tomatoes and fold it in carefully tucking in all the filling.
Season the Chicken Breasts
- Top the Chicken top with oil from the jar of Sundried tomato.
Make Balsamic Roasted Tomato Sauce
- Heat olive oil in a skillet. As the oil shimmers, add the minced garlic and cherry tomatoes. Lightly season with toasted onion flakes, garlic powder and red pepper flakes.
- De glaze the pan with Balsamic vinegar. Transfer this to the chicken.
- Top the Chicken with Mozzarella Cheese.
Bake the Chicken for 15 min
- Bake @200C or 400F for 15 min.
Serve with the Tomato Basil sauce on top
- Once the chicken gets baked, top with freshly crumbled Feta and chopped Basil. Serve

- Cheese - instead of Mozzarella Cheese you can use Feta Cheese to stuff the chicken
- Fresh Tomatoes - instead of cherry tomatoes you can use chopped Heirloom tomatoes.
