4-Ingredient Banana Bark
The coolest thing about this recipe is that it needs just 4-ingredients. Which I bet you have at home.
- Bananas
- Peanut Butter
- raw peanuts (chopped)
- melted dark chocolate
How to Make easy Banana Bark Recipe from Scratch?
- Step 1: Cut Bananas into small slices
Use a sharp knife to cut bananas into small slices and arrange them in a row on a large baking sheet (9x9 inch) lined with parchment paper.

- Step 2: Drizzle Melted Peanut Butter
Coat the bananas with melted peanut butter. You can melt peanut butter by simply microwaving the required amount in a microwave-safe bowl for 30-seconds.

- Step 3: Add Chopped Peanuts
Add chopped peanuts on top.

- Step 4: Coat in melted dark chocolate
I like to use 99% unsweetened dark chocolate—microwave dark chocolate in the oven with coconut oil at 30-second increments. Pour dark chocolate over the bark.

- Step 5: Refrigerate and Serve
Refrigerate until the bark sticks together and the chocolate hardens up. Sprinkle with some sea salt and enjoy.

HOW can you store these treats? If making as giving as gifts in tightly sealed containers, how long do they store?
Surup says
You can store them after breaking them into small bite-size pieces. Place them in an airtight container and store them in the fridge for 3-4 days. If you can store them properly, they'll be fine for up to 3-4 days because the bananas will go rotten beyond that point.
