Easter or the Carrot season is finally here. I love cooking for Easter. The colorful and sprightly dishes we make for Easter are so amazing that you would want to make it every day of the year. One such favorite recipe of mine is these Tasty Garlic Parmesan Carrot Fries.

To be honest, I like any veggie which is a garlic Parmesan fry, but there is something so sweet and fresh with these garlic parmesan carrot fries. I just love the crispy texture of Carrots and they smell so divine. Have you tried my Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower?

While I was baking these, I actually had my Neighbours coming over and asking what's cooking in the house. I know it sounds so cheesy, but it did actually happen with me! And I got so sad that I had to share it with her, but that's fine, she's a darling!

Easter Appetizers call for these delicious finger foods which are cheesy, cute, and adorable. This year for your Easter brunch, try these Garlic Parmesan Carrot Fries. They are crunchy, crispy, and cheesy carrots, with a wonderfully comforting flavor of garlic mayo.

How to Make Garlic Parmesan Carrot Baked Fries

To make these crispy carrot fries, first, I chopped my carrots. I have used medium-sized carrots for this recipe. I just halved my carrots and then, I chopped the halves into thin strips. It's really easy.

Finally, I threw them on a skillet with some vegetable oil and shallow-fried them for just a minute in smoking hot oil. Then I seasoned it with some freshly grounded pepper, salt, and garlic powder.

Finally, I took these carrots out and placed them in a lined baking tray. I sprinkled a generous amount of grated Parmesan over my Carrots and put them for baking at 425 F for 15 minutes.

After 15 Minutes, I took these out and plated them with my garlic mayo dip.

I made a garlic mayo dip with some garlic mayo and a spoon of Greek yogurt. And this I mixed with some basil and chili flakes, and bam, my dip was ready.

So, this is how you can make Crispy Garlic Parmesan Carrot Fries. Get the detailed recipe and ingredients list below.
