Sheet Pan Paprika Chicken
Sheet Pan Paprika Chicken with Mashed Potatoes is one of the heartiest ever dinner recipes. I like to make this for a quick weeknight dinner and it's always popular in my home.

The flavors in this Sheet Pan Paprika Chicken are just so amazing.
It's not too spicy, because Smoked Paprika obviously is more on smokey flavors and not too spicy. It's moderately spicy. Also, the Garlic along with the Herbs taste so good. It brings out the flavors of the Paprika Chicken making it even more delicious.
The best thing of course is that Lemon Juice on top. Not only does it makes the dish taste zesty and refreshing but it reduces the spiciness of the Smoked Paprika and makes this taste even yum!
You can also add some Potatoes, Asparagus, and Green Beans along with the Chicken and roast them. The seasoning will be the same for all of the veggies.

Paprika Chicken with Mashed Potatoes
Paprika Chicken with Mashed Potatoes is an excellent combination. I like this especially with Mashd Potatoes but for a low carb option, you can serve this with some Mashed Cauliflower.
The seasoning of Garlic Powder, Oregano, and Smoked Paprika works like a wonder for this recipe.
Also, baking the Chicken Breasts makes them tender and preserves the juices. Unlike fried Chicken Breasts which tend to dry out from the inside, Baked Chicken Breasts are equally juicy even after getting cooked.
I use a combination of both Olive Oil and melted Butter over the Chicken before adding the spices because this fat makes the spices stick onto the Chicken's surface, and secondly, the melted butter makes the Chicken taste absolutely amazing.
Baked Paprika Chicken

Coming to the recipe, Baking Chicken is so easy and is such a healthy way to eat Chicken for dinner. Rather than deep-frying Chicken Breasts and splattering the Kitchen with oil, I like to keep things, simple and bake my Chicken Breasts.
How to Make Sheet Pan Paprika Chicken
The most important step is to pound the Chicken Breasts before you cook them. This will even out the Chicken and it will cook quickly. If you have a thick Chicken Breast then carefully cut it lengthwise into two halves and then pound it carefully as to not tear it apart.
Brush Chicken Breasts with Butter and Olive Oil.
Add the seasoning and spices - Smoked Paprika, Garlic Powder, Oregano, Salt, and Cracked Pepper. Smear it over both sides of the Chicken Breasts.

Place them in the Sheet Pan along with Veggies if you want to add them too.

Bake the Chicken Breast at 450F or 220C for 15 minutes. Flip in between after 7-8 minutes.
Serve Chicken Breasts along with the juices over Mashed Potatoes.
Garnish with Red Pepper Flakes, chopped Cilantro, and Lemon Juice.

Storage Options:
To store this Paprika Chicken, you can keep this in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for 3 days. You can also, keep the cooked Chicken Breast in a zip-lock bag and freeze it. Before serving, thaw overnight and then Microwave it until heated through.
