These Lettuce Wrap Cheeseburgers are basically deconstructed burgers. You have the filling of a burger, topped with all the traditional toppings but swaping out the buns with lettuce.

Especially when I'm meal prepping my meals every Sunday afternoon, I make this beef mixture and store it. I love to wrap it up quickly with some crunchy lettuce and pack it for my lunch box.

🥬 Ingredients You’ll Need
For the Beef Filling:
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 for juicy results)
- 1 tablespoon mayo
- 2 tablespoon keto ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped red onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup sweet red bell peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
For the Sauce:
- 2 tablespoon mayo
- 1 tablespoon keto ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon pickled jalapeño juice
- 1/2 teaspoon honey (optional for balance)
For Serving:
- Butter lettuce leaves (washed and patted dry)
- Extra cheddar cheese, red onions, jalapeños, and more sauce for topping
👩🍳 How to Make Cheeseburger Lettuce Wraps
Brown the beef
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook your ground beef until it starts to brown. Drain excess fat if needed.

- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise full fat
- 2 tablespoon Keto Ketchup or can replace with any low sugar Ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard Sauce
- ¼ cup Red Onions chopped
- ½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- ⅓ cup Sweet Red Bell Pepper
- ½ cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- salt & pepper as per taste
for the sauce
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise low fat
- 1 tablespoon Keto Ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Picked jalapeño juice
- ½ teaspoon Honey optional (for balance)
For Serving

- Heat Olive Oil in a skillet. As the oil shimmers add the Ground Beef and cook over medium high heat, until it starts to brown. (Drain the fat if needed)
