INSTRUCTIONS
Heat Olive Oil in a skillet. As the oil shimmers add the Ground Beef and cook over medium high heat, until it starts to brown. (Drain the fat if needed)
Lower the heat and add the cheese. Stir and melt until it gets creamy!!
To make the sauce in a bowl whip together Mayonnaise, Keto Ketchup, Yellow Mustard Sauce, pickled jalapeño juice, and a touch of honey.
Lay out clean butter lettuce leaves. Spread a little sauce on each leaf, add a scoop of the beef mixture, top with extra cheese, chopped onions, jalapeños, and a drizzle of more sauce! Serve immediately!!!!
