Quinoa can be cooked very easily. Here's a detail description of how to cook Quinoa.
Generally Quinoa is cooked just like rice. You first rinse the Quinoa and then cook it with some water and salt in a dutch pot or a closed lid skillet.
The ratio for Quinoa to water is 1:2, just like you cook rice.
As the Quinoa absorbs all the water your Quinoa is ready to eat.
