These are soft, moist, and chewy - just what you want from your holiday cookies. If you are looking to bake just one cookie for Halloween this year, then you should be baking these cookies.
These are so easy, that I had my kids make it and they enjoyed every bit of this.

Also, the cookie dough is so easy to make. All you need is some AP Flour, Baking Powder, Corn Starch, Dark Cocoa Powder, Brown Sugar, Vanilla extract, melted butter, Black Gel Food Color, and some Milk.
Just combine all of these and make a dough. Roll small cookie dough balls, stuff them with M&Ms and bake! It takes just 11 minutes to bake these Halloween M&M Cookies.
And when you get freshly baked homemade Halloween cookies from the oven for everyone, people are bound to feel excited!!!!
If you wish to add M&Ms of different colors, you can do that too. I prefer Orange, Purple, and Green when it comes to baking for Halloween. You could also use White and Brown M&Ms along with Orange, Green, and Purple ones. It's always fun to play with colorful M&Ms and use them in your cookies. right! 🙂
Fell free to stuff in more M&Ms once your cookies get baked! M&Ms can easily be found at Party City or Online or at any Candy Stores.

I love M&M Candys. In fact, I keep a bowl of Orange, Green, and Purple M&Ms on my counter and on the living room center table for Halloween decorations. People love to munch on these for the holidays and why not! After all, It's finally the holidays already guys!!! 🙂

First - First, combine the dry ingredients - AP Flour, Baking Powder, Corn Starch, Hershey's Dark Cocoa Powder, and Salt.
Second - Next, combine the Softened Butter with Dark Brown Sugar, Vanilla Extract. Add a drop of the Black Gel Food Color. Beat everything using a stand mixer or hand held mixer.
Third - Combine the Wet and the Dry Ingredients and make a thick cookie dough. Add the milk and fold with the cookie dough Cover and freeze the cookie dough for 5- 10 minutes.

Fourth - Make small cookie dough balls. Use a cookie scoop to get the best-shaped cookie dough balls. Roll it out and press it with the back of a spoon or spatula to make a flat cookie. Stuff in with some M&M Candy and pop it in the oven.

Bake these Halloween M&M Cookies for about 11 - 12 minutes. Get them out, stuff the top of the cookies with more M&Ms, and serve warm.
So, this is how you make these deliciously spooky Halloween M&M Cookies. These are so cute and an ultimate crowd-pleaser.

These Halloween M&M Cookies use both AP Flour and Corn starch. So, these cookies turn out to be chewy. Also, I love the use of Dark Brown Sugar in these cookies which provides a deep caramelized taste.
I have used rich dark cocoa powder, which obviously makes these cookies too chocolaty and delicious.
Also, Black Food Color is optional. You can replace it with Black Candy Melts. If you have neither, then just go ahead and skip it. The Dark Cocoa Powder will anyway turn your cookies to be dark, chocolate, and spooky!
Some Pro Tips to make the best Halloween M&M Cookies

- Make sure that the Cookie dough is not too runny or watery. It should be thick and pliable. If it's liquidy, add more flour and mix well. (Take reference from the video)
- Do not roll the cookie dough with the M&Ms.
- While you put the Cookies to bake do not stuff the top with a lot of M&Ms. This will flat out your cookies. Just stuff in a few.
- Once your cookies are baked, stuff in some M&M Candies on the top and serve them warm.
- If you do not have dark cocoa powder, use the regular one along with some black food color. I prefer to use black gel food color because with that only a drop is enough to color my cookie dough.
- You can also melt some Black Candy and use it along with the other wet ingredients to make your cookie dough.
How to store these Halloween M&M Cookies?
These cookies stay fresh in an airtight container for up to 10 days.
So, this is how you make the best Halloween M&M Cookies. These cookies are seriously very easy to make and get baked in no-time. Also, they are the perfect addition to your Halloween dessert Table.

Idk about this recipe - is an ingredient left out. It is so dry I had to add more than double the milk and I still couldn’t mix it / almost burned up my stand mixer. Still waiting to see how they cook up
