Whenever I am looking to bake a last-minute dessert, flourless chocolate cake is my go-to option. The other day, I made this Oreo Banana Cake. Every bite of this cake tastes so awesome.
I baked this cake without adding any sugar and you will not believe how sweet this cake was! Also, I just used 1 banana and that was enough for the sweetness. I used Chocolate Oreos to bake this cake and I was more than elated with the results

I know you'll be like but it's a flourless cake and technically it's not a cake. But I felt so elated after I baked this cake as if I've accomplished something so big 🙂 Whatever it is, I just love to bake and whenever it involves Oreos, I'm more than excited!
After that day, I have made this cake countless times. And it's great always. This cake doesn't last a day in my home. My kids love it so much! I bake a couple of mini cakes to make a stack or just some mini cakes for my kids. They love it so much 🙂 Also, since this calls for just 3 simple ingredients, it's hardly any effort to bake this cake.

Running short of ingredients at home? Why not bake this quick Oreo Banana Cake for your loved ones. I'm sure the praises you'll get after making this will make your day.
This is a gluten-free Chocolate Cake recipe as there is no flour used to bake this cake. Also, this is a No sugar Cake recipe as it's just made with Banana and Oreos.
By now you know the two base ingredients of my cake are Oreos and Bananas. Well, what about the 3rd Ingredient? Any guesses!
The 3rd Ingredient is Condensed Milk. 🙂
Condensed Milk is one of the best ingredients which you must always have at home. It adds fat to your cake and also holds the cake strong while baking.
The first time I had a flourless chocolate cake, I was a fan of it. I just loved the idea of a cake that's pure chocolate and nothing else. It just fills my ultimate chocolate fantasy.

However, this is actually born out of an experiment in the kitchen. I had an overripe banana going stale in the kitchen. It just needed to be thrown off. And I hate it when I have to throw something. I feel like, how great it would be if we could have used that ingredient as well!
So, I pulsed two-pack of Oreos and mixed them with the Banana. I could have used that mixture as it is for baking my cake because it was just perfect. However, I thought, let's add some Condensed Milk into it and see how it goes. And it tasted so good!
I have also replaced Condensed milk with whole milk many times and it tastes perfect!
I got rave reviews about this cake last night. It's was so good - moist, dense, and strong in flavors that you cannot have just a slice. I'm sure you'll want to reach out for the next slice without a thought!
