- Cream Cheese
- Sour Cream
- Mayonnaise
- Minced Garlic
- Salt & Pepper
- Shredded Parmesan
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Chopped Spinach
- Chopped Artichoke
How to make Spinach Artichoke Dip - Step-by-Step instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F or 180C
- To make the Cream Cheese mixture, add Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, Mayonnaise, Minced Garlic, Shredded Parmesan, Shredded Mozzarella, Salt & Pepper in a bowl. Mix to combine everything.
- Heat Olive Oil in a skillet. As the oil shimmers, add chopped Spinach and Artichoke to it.
- Cook over very low heat for 5 minutes until the water from the Spinach dries up and reduces.
- Next, add the cream cheese mixture to it. Toss to combine everything.
- Cook over low heat for 2-3 min.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish & top with more shredded Parmesan. (if you're an oven-proof skillet, just pop that into the oven).
- Bake for 15 min until the cheese gets lightly golden brown on top.
- Serve hot with Nachos of your choice.

Yes absolutely! I always use fresh Spinach in making this recipe for Spinach Artichoke Dip. You just need to cook the spinach separately or just dip them in ice-cold water and squeeze out the excess water before using.
How to make healthy & lighter Spinach Artichoke Dip?
You can make it lighter by making it with light cream cheese & light mayonnaise. However, I do not suggest you skip the Cream Cheese altogether as it makes it so creamy and good!

INGREDIENTS
Cream Cheese Mixture
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- ¼ cup Sour Cream
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- ⅔ cup Shredded Parmesan
- ½ cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Salt & Pepper as per taste
Spinach Articoke
- 14 oz Artichoke quatered
- 6 oz Spinach fresh or frozen
- ¼ cup Shredded Parmesan for topping
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350F or 180C
- In a mixing bowl add Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, Mayonnaise, Minced garlic, Shredded Parmesan, Shredded Mozzarella, Salt & Pepper. Toss to combine everything.
