INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350F or 180C
In a mixing bowl add Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, Mayonnaise, Minced garlic, Shredded Parmesan, Shredded Mozzarella, Salt & Pepper. Toss to combine everything.
Heat Olive Oil in a skillet. Add the chopped Spinach and quartered Artichokes. Toss to combine and cook over low heat for 5 min.
Add the Cream Cheese mixture to it and cook for 2 more minutes.
Transfer to a baking dish. Top with shredded Parmesan and bake for 15 min.
Serve hot with Nachos of your choice.
