Fudge Walnut Brownies

Craving Brownies? Especially those nutty, fudgy, chocolaty Fudge Walnut Brownies? Well, today we are gonna make some of those.

Umm! I can already smell dark chocolate! Your all-time favorite brownies topped with walnuts is your ultimate chocolate brownie fantasy brought to reality. These decadent and delicious brownies need no special introduction.

Fudge Walnut Brownies

Fudge Walnut Brownies is an easy homemade brownies recipe that we can make in just 30 minutes. Whether you've never baked a brownie or you have baked any, I can tell you with certainty that it is going to be awesome. So, let's start!

Walnut Fudge Brownies will always be special for me. I enjoy sizzling hot walnut chocolate brownie with vanilla ice-cream. It's like my go-to recipe for my bad days. More often than not, I am stuck in a day when nothing is going right in the kitchen.

A similar thing was happening today as well. A big plate of melted butter fell on the floor and I was in no mood to clean it up. But, I had to! When so many bad things happen at once, I can think of no better way to cheer myself up than baking some brownies.

I don't know why you are baking brownies today. But, One thing I can tell you with confidence that you are going to love it when it comes out. And, don't get me started about the taste!

What will make your brownies Fudgy?

To make Fudgy brownies you just need to add more of butter and chocolate, than that of flour. If your brownies have more fat, it'll automatically get fudgy.

How to get a crinkle on top of the brownies?

To get a gorgeous crinkle on top of your brownies, you need to whisk your Yogurt or Eggs well before you mix it with the sugar and chocolate mix.

The better your Yogurt or Eggs are mixed, your brownies will have better crinkle on the top.

So, How Did I Make this Fudge Walnut Brownies?

First, melt dark chocolate chunks and butter in a pan or microwave oven (at full power for about 2 minutes). If you are melting them in a microwave oven then keep stirring at every 30 seconds interval, as it might get burnt. If you are melting on your burner, then melt it on simmer.

Second, mix this melted dark chocolate with granulated sugar or brown sugar (I have used brown sugar because I like the caramel flavor in my brownie) and mix it with eggs. (Use 1 Cup Thick Greek Yogurt if you want to make it without eggs). Whisk well for about 1-minutes at high speed.

Third, add some flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder in parts and stir well into the wet ingredients until they mix well.

Fourth, grease an 8x8 baking tray with oil/butter. Line it with parchment paper and pour your brownie batter into the tray. Use a wooden spoon or spatula to spread the mixture and even it out.

Tap it gently on the kitchen table.

And bake it in a preheated oven at 350F for 30-35 minutes. (Keep checking at 25 minutes, then 28 minutes and then 30-minute by inserting a toothpick at the center. If it comes out clean, you don't need to bake anymore. (Mine was done at 30-minute mark).

Let it chill for about an hour and then remove the parchment paper. It will come out clean and shall be absolutely non-messy.

Cut your Fudge Walnut Brownies into square pieces.

So, that's how I had made my Fudge Walnut Brownies. Easy right? Wanna check out the printable recipe? Look Below.
