Easy Rigatoni Bolognese

Rigatoni Bolognese is a creamy Pasta dinner recipe you can make in just 20 minutes. This is an easy and healthy dinner recipe you can make in a Pot or an Instant Pot. Made with Rigatoni, Ground beef, and Marinara sauce, I'm sure you'll want to make this once every week!

Easy Rigatoni Bolognese

Rigatoni Bolognese is made with Rigatoni and Ground Beef. If you want you can even bake this and this will be your perfect casserole recipe. Also, I believe this is one of the best Rigatoni recipes apart from Rigatoni Alfredo, which is one of my favorites.

Rigatoni Bolognese also makes for the perfect festive dinner for the family. Today on the occasion of Good Friday, I have made this as the perfect dinner recipe for my family.

My kids are always up for a Pasta dinner night. However, my hubby isn't quite excited about it. Let's see, I will have to make something for him. On festive occasions whenever I am busy, he fixes himself up some dinner. He is so helpful that way 🙂 Just kidding! He's always helpful 🙂 But today I'm thinking I will bake some of this Rigatoni Bolognese for him or shall make him a quick Lo Mein. He just loves Asian food.

Rigatoni Bolognese is one of our family's favorite dinner recipes.

Whenever I am out of town, I make this and keep it in the freezer for my kids. Also, this recipe calls for literally no exotic ingredient. Just your usual Pantry ingredients and bam! it's done.

This easy Rigatoni Bolognese combines Rigatoni, Ground beef, Marinara Sauce and Meat Sauce. If you do not have Meat sauce at home, don't worry. I too did not have Meat sauce at home while making this recipe.

So, I developed the recipe of Meat sauce along the way of cooking my beef and the result was amazing. You can hardly tell the difference! The best part about this Pasta recipe is that it will take you hardly 15-20 minutes to get it on the plate.

If you have Meat sauce at home, then your cooking time will obviously be less. You can also make a red sauce of Pasta ready and use it for this. However, you will have to prep the Meat sauce because Bolognese without Meat sauce is just not it!

How to make Rigatoni Bolognese:

First, boil the Rigatoni Pasta with salt and oil for 5-10 minutes, drain the water by washing them in a colander under cold water. Washing cooked pasta under cold water will stop the cooking process instantly and your Pasta won't be overcooked!

Next, heat butter and olive oil in a skillet and add chopped garlic, onions, tomatoes, Bay Leaf, fennel seeds and Italian seasoning. Mix everything together with some Salt and Pepper. Stir at regular intervals until the tomatoes get properly cooked.

Now add the ground beef and cook it until it turns brown. Add some smoked paprika, dried basil, Oregano, and Red Chili Flakes to it. Keep stirring at regular intervals and cook your beef properly.

Next, add the Marinara Sauce and mix well with the Beef.

Finally, add the cooked Pasta to it. Mix it well. Start mixing from the sides and go around the skillet. Add some crushed Parmesan Cheese and mix well with the Pasta.

Take it off the stove and season with some more dried basil and chili flakes. And that's it!

See. I told you. It's so easy to make. You will love this recipe for sure. It's filled with Italian flavors which are creamy, cheesy and oh! so comforting 🙂
