Keto Chicken Parmesan Casserole (Source Unknown, no worries, I have written the recipe)

This Keto Chicken Parmesan Casserole is just so yum. Unfortunately, I could not find the link to this recipe! However, this is just so delicious.

From how I make it, I'll teach y'all how to make this Keto Chicken Parmesan Casserole!

First, you can fry the chicken thigh pieces with a little salt and pepper until they are crispy, crusty, and golden brown on both sides. Use about 1 tablespoon of Canola oil to fry the chicken. Use Salt and Pepper as per your taste.

Second, To make the Casserole, Grease about 1 teaspoon Olive oil in a casserole dish and place the fried Chicken Pieces in it. Use two forks and shred the chicken pieces. This makes for an easy serving!

Third: Top the super crispy fried chicken pieces with about 1.5 cups of low carb Marinara sauce, 1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, and a handful of simple seasoning like 1 teaspoon of dried basil, and 1 teaspoon oregano. To spice, it up adds a pinch of cayenne and it'll improve the taste!

Finally, Bake this Keto Chicken Parmesan Casserole, for 30-35 minutes at 350F. The baking time really depends on the size of your dish. A Typical 9 by 13 inches Casserole dish takes about 35-40 minutes at 350F to bake your Keto Chicken Casserole to perfection! I bake it until it gets all bubbly and cheesy! And Oh it gets so so so yummy! Makes for the perfect dinner recipe when you're on a Low Carb Diet.
