Spread the refried beans in the bottom of a large 12" pie dish. Microwave for 5 min. Refrigerate until you make the second layer.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with sour cream, lime juice, and taco seasoning. Beat using a hand held mixer or use a wired whisk to beat it until it gets creamy and smooth. Pour this mixture over the refried beans layer and refrigerate for 20 min.
Add a layer of Guacamole over the sour cream mixture. If you're making homemade Guacamole, use that.
Now combine Sour Cream with milk in a small mixing bowl using a spoon or wired whisk to make it thin so that it squirts out easily out of a squirt bottle. Spoon this mixture to a squirting bottle or piping bag or a ziplock bag with corner snipped off.
Draw Spider Web over the Guacamole layer in the Taco Dip. Sprinkle shredded cheese around the spider web. Top with olive slices, diced tomaotes, chopped cilantro and Jalapenos over the cheese.
Top with a plastic spider in the center or use black olives to make a spider. Refrigerate until you serve. Serve with Tortilla Chips.

Cut a olive in half and make the body of spider. Use the other half cut into thin strips to make the tentacles and use the top half to make the head.
I have used milk to thin the sour cream so that it becomes easier to decorate on top. You can use water as well
Warming the milk and then combining with sour cream will make it easier to use
You can add desired toppings around the spider web like chopped lettuce or jalapenos
