Vegan Snickerdoodle Balls
Vegan Snickerdoodle Protein balls have become so common in my home these days. It's the fact that they are so easy to make, takes absolutely no time, and requires minimum ingredient is what makes me wanna make it again and again.
Besides being Vegan, these Snickerdoodle Balls are so healthy!
They are packed with energy and can give you a quick energy boost, especially for your busy workdays. You can every carry it to your work and share it with your colleagues.
But, what feels so amazing to me is the taste.
These Vegan Snickerdoodle Balls tastes so good. Since Almond Flour has a nutty and bland taste, so I had to include few sweeteners.
In this recipe, I have added coconut sugar to make Cinnamon Sugar and Pure Maple Syrup to make my balls.
Choosing Healthy feels so great, right?
It's like you are taking your life in the right direction. It feels so real and so damn good. From the day I've decided to work on my diet, I'll be honest - it was hard for a couple of days.

But then eliminating sugar and choosing coconut sugar, eliminating flour, and choosing Almond Flour or "The Fancy Flour" made me feel that "I care about myself". And, I'll be honest - I haven't felt that for a long time!
You feel good that you are finally getting your life on track. You feel like you are opening doors to better possibilities! And, eventually healthy food choice becomes a habit. Then all you have to do is nurture it.
If you've already joined this wagon - Kudos!

Healthy Snickerdoodle Balls
Ingredients
- Pure Maple Syrup - Maple Syrup is an excellent sweetener for Vegans. You can replace it with Keto Sweetener if you are on a keto diet.
- Almond Flour - You can replace Almond Flour with Coconut Flour. Both are Gluten Free, Grain Free, and Low Carb Flour.
- Cashew Butter - I am talking about Store-Bought Cashew Butter here. You can always make it at home but it won't be as thick as the storebought one.
- Tiny Pinch of Salt - Just to give it a little kick add a tiny pinch of salt.
