- 8 cloves Garlic
- ½ cup Cilantro chopped (or parsley or basil)
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes or Smoked Paprika or Any other Chili Powder
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice juice from 1 lemon
- ½ cup Olive Oil or vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
