These Chewy Oats Chocolate Chip Cookies combine rolled Oats, flour and loads of Chocolate Chips. These can be topped with more Chocolate Chips if you love those. These cookies are simply irresistible.

The best part is these are Oats cookies are so easy to make. It hardly takes 5 minutes to make the cookie dough.

How to make Oats Chocolate Chip Cookies:

First, pre-heat your oven to 360F. Grease a baking tray and line with parchment paper.

Next prepare your wet ingredients by combining oil with brown sugar. Whisk using a handheld or stand mixer for 3 minutes.

Now, add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients - Sieve Flour rolled Oats, baking soda and baking powder into your wet mixture. Mix well using a wooden spatula.

Now, add a spoon of Yogurt, Vinegar, and Chocolate Chips into your cookie dough. Use a spoon to mix it together and make your cookie dough.

Place your cookie dough balls on the lined baking tray and bake them for 15 minutes. Allow your cookies to sit in the hot oven for an additional 5 minutes before you get them out. And that's all about it!

Can these cookies be stored in the freezer?

Of course, you can keep these in an air-tight box and store them in the freezer. You do not even have to keep them layered with parchment paper. They will stay perfectly fine.

INGREDIENTS

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Flour
  • ½ Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Corn flour
  • ½ Cup Chocolate Chips

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 360F and prepare a baking tray by lining it with parchment paper
  • Prepare the wet ingredients by mixing oil and brown sugar.
  • Sieve the dry ingredients - flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cornflour into the wet ingredients.
  • Add the yogurt, vinegar and chocolate chips and make your cookie dough
  • Scoop out cookie balls and place them on the baking tray. Bake your cookies for 15 minutes. Allow them to be in the oven for an additional 5 minutes and then take them out.
