I use freshly chopped Granny Smith Apples
Wet Ingredients

Applesauce
unsweetened

Maple Syrup
zero sugar

Peanut Butter
unsweetened

Caramel syrup
to drizzle on top (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
Line a 9x9" baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, add all the dry ingredients. Whisk until combined and set aside.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, add Peanut Butter and Maple syrup. Microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute so that it gets creamy.
Pour Applesauce, Maple Syrup, and the melted Peanut butter mixture into the dry ingredients. Fold everything until well combined.
Transfer to a lined baking dish. Press to even out the top. Freeze for 30 min to 1 hour.
Drizzle caramel syrup on top and serve.
