Easy and Healthy Protein Pancakes are super easy to make and taste beyond delicious. These are made with zero refined sugar and refined grains. Just made using Oats, Eggs, and Bananas.
Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Heat a nonstick Pancake griddle until hot over medium high heat.
Add 1/4 cup of the pancake batter. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Once the edges start to dry up and crisp and there are bubbles on the top (after 2 min), flip and cook the other side for 1 min.
Serve on a stack. Top with Peanut Butter, chocolate chips, and maple syrup on top. Enjoy!
