INSTRUCTIONS
Make the Salad:
Combine the ingredients for cowboy caviar in a bowl. Toss to combine.
Make the dressing:
Whisk together the ingredients for dressing in a separate medium-sized bowl.

Store in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
