INSTRUCTIONS
preheat oven to 350 degrees F
First in a mixing bowl cream the Butter and Sugar until smooth and creamy. To this mixture add eggs and vanilla essence. Whisk well until combined
Next, sieve the flour along with baking soda and baking powder into the wet mixture and fold it with a spoon.
Add in the chocolate chips, grated carrots, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and milk. Mix everything well using a spoon and make your cookie dough
Bake your cookies at 360F for 12 minutes or until they start to get brown from the sides.
