Crack Chicken Burgers is an easy and quick summer dinner recipe. It's made using just 4-ingredients. This is the best Ground Chicken Burger recipe ever.
Combine all the ingredients - Combine Ground Chicken with Dry Ranch Seasoning Mix, Cheddar Cheese, and Panko Breadcrumbs. If the mixture is too dry and falling apart, you can add an Egg or some Canola Oil to the mixture.
Now, form the Burgers using this mixture. Heat Olive Oil in a skillet or brush the grill grates with oil. Add the Burgers to it and cook for 4-5 minutes. (If cooking on the skillet, then cook for 3-4 min, per side, on medium-heat).
Add Cheddar Cheese slices over the Burgers and allow them to melt. Add your favorite topping over the burgers and serve in toasted hamburger buns.

How to make Crockpot Crack Chicken
To make Crockpot Crack Chicken you can use Chicken Breasts or boneless Chicken thighs.Add them to the crock pot along with Cream Cheese, Ranch Seasoning mix, and Chicken Broth.Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.After the Chicken gets cooked, shred the chicken using two fork. Toss in shredded Cheddar Cheese, Crispy fried Bacon bits, Panko Breadcrumbs and green onions. Mix until combined. Serve warm in buns or in bowls.
Substitutions
Chicken Breasts - I would prefer Chicken Breasts over thighs for this recipe as breast pieces really cooks perfectly in the slow cooker and are easier to shred and use.
Shredded Chicken - if you're making slow cooker crack chicken, use Shredded Chicken rather than Ground Chicken
Lettuce - instead of iceberg lettuce, you can use Romaine Lettuce or Kale or Spinach
Bun - I like to use gluten-free buns instead of white hamburger buns. They are healthy and gluten-free.
Vegetarian - Make a Vegetarian version of Cracked Chicken Burger by replacing Chicken with Cooked Quinoa.
Variations
Spicy - Crack Chicken is generally hearty, mild, and comforting. However, you can make this a little spicy by adding some chopped Jalapenos and Hot Sauce to the burger mixture.
Toppings - You can add toppings like onions, tomatoes, and crispy fried Bacon strips to the Burger.
Storage
You can make the burger ahead of time and freeze this. Thaw them overnight in the refrigerator and reheat them before use.You can also freeze precooked Burgers. Double wrap them with foil and cellophane and freeze for up to 3 months. You can also refrigerate precooked Burgers for 1 week.
