INGREDIENTS

Cup
Pure Maple Syrup

Almond Flour

Cup
Cashew Butter

Teaspoon
Salt
Snickerdoodle Mixture

Coconut Sugar

ground cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium bowl combine Cashew Butter and Maple Syrup. Mix until smooth.
Stir in the Almond Flour and Salt. Mix well to make a dough. It might look dry when you start but it will soften very soon.
In a bowl combine Coconut Sugar and Ground Cinnamon. Keep 1 Tablespoon of cinnamon sugar aside and pour the rest into the dough. Mix gently.
Roll 1-tablespoon of the mixture between your hand into a ball.
Finally Coat each ball in cinnamon sugar and serve right away. You can store them in a ziplock bag in your refrigerator for almost 2 weeks.
