Other possible variations to this Cucumber Mint Smoothie recipe
You can skip out on Yogurt if you are Lactose intolerant or you are on a dairy-free diet. Yogurt does nothing but thickens the smoothie and gives a nice salty taste to the smoothie
If you are making with water, then you need to store this drink at least for 5-6 hours in the refrigerator, before you can have it. This is also like a flush drink which you can have after a party or after you've had something heavy for dinner. This drink will help in digestion and is also really refreshing!
You can add Spinach and Pineapple to this smoothie to make it even yummier. Spinach adds a huge amount of nutrients in any smoothie so it's perfect. But be sure to blend it real nice before you use it or else, you'll get it between your teeth. A trick is to shock your Spinach ( Put it in hot water and in cold water), so that, it retains the green color and also gets soft, after, this they'll be easy to blend.
Also, Pineapple and Cucumber are a match made in heaven, which when used wisely can make a sweet and refreshing summer drink, which everyone will love. Pineapple is kind of the perfect companion to any Cucumber drinks and smoothies.
You can add some Watermelon chunks into this smoothie and make a nice Watermelon Cucumber Smoothie for yourself. Just like Cucumber, Watermelon is so rich in vitamins that it makes for the best summer smoothie recipes. Also, cool it down and make a popsicle for yourself 🙂 See, told ya! the possibilities are limitless.
