Peppermint Cheesecake Oreo Truffles are adorable No-Bake Christmas Desserts and sweet treats for kids. These Truffles have a filling of Oreos and Peppermint Cheesecake and are coated with melted white chocolate, crushed peppermint candy canes, and powdered sugar. These No-Bake Oreo Truffles take just 30 minutes to get prepared and are a perfect Treat for Kids or Neighbour Plate Treat for Christmas.

Hye friends! So, today being December 1st, I thought, the best way to kick start this holiday month is with some adorable Truffles.
These White Chocolate Covered Oreo Peppermint Cheesecake Truffles are so cute. I am going to save them in boxes and gift them to my friends this year for Christmas. 🙂

Also, unlike regular truffles which are just a combination of crushed Oreos and Cream Cheese, I took this a step further by making a Peppermint Cheesecake Filling. For that, I combined my Cream Cheese with Melted Butter, Granulated Sugar, Peppermint extract, and Vanilla extract. And then I have used it to combine with my Crushed Oreos. Yummm!

Truffles are the easiest and quickest Christmas desserts that you can make this year. And Since it's Christmas, you cannot go wrong with Peppermint. A hint of Peppermint makes this feel so festive.
If you love Peppermint or Candy cane, you're seriously going to like these Truffles a lot.

How to make Peppermint Cheesecake Oreo Truffles
First, you need to make a crumb of the Oreos. For that take Oreos in a zip-lock bag or freezer bag. Pound it using a rolling pin until you have the crumbs, Take it out in a bowl. You can also, make Oreo crumbs by pulsing them in a food processor.

Next, make the Peppermint Cheesecake filling. For that, in a large mixing bowl, take Melted Unsalted Butter, and Cream Cheese. Beat over medium speed using a handheld mixer with a paddle attachment or a stand mixer until it gets smooth and creamy.
Next, add the Granulated Sugar, Peppermint Extract, and Vanilla Extract in it and beat until combined.
Mix the Peppermint Cheesecake mixture with the Oreo Crumbs.

Make small balls and place them on a dish. The balls will not be perfect in shape right now, as the mixture will be too wet.

So, just make random shaped balls and place on the dish. Freeze these for 20-30 min.
After freezing, get them out and re-roll them between your palms so that they get proper circular shapes. Re-freeze for another 10-15 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate melting wafers in the oven at 30 seconds bursts. Whisk constantly so that there are no lumps.
After the Truffles have been properly frozen, get them out and dip them in melted white chocolate.

Take them out using a fork, drip off the excess by tapping it at the edge of a plate, and then roll them in a plate full of crushed Peppermint Candies. Roll until the truffle gets evenly coated with Peppermint candy.
Take them out in a bowl and serve.

If you want to store them, then store them in an airtight container.
