Ingredients needed to make Hot Chocolate Cheesecake
For the crust
- 20 Oreos (crushed)
- 1 cup Butter (melted, unsalted)
Hot Chocolate Cheesecake Filling
- 2 8oz cream cheese (at room temp.)
- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 cup Hot Chocolate Mix Topping
Whipped Cream Frosting
1 cup melted dark chocolate ganache
Mini Marshmallows & Butterscotch Chips
How to make Hot Chocolate Cheesecake (No Bake)?
STEP 1: MAKE THE CRUST
- Crush the Oreos in a food processor to fine crumbs
- Add melted butter to it and combine to make a sticky mixture
- Add this mixture to a lined and greased removable base sprigfoam pan
- Even it out and refrigerate until you add the cheesecake filling
STEP 2: MAKE THE HOT CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE FILLING
- Take Cream Cheese, Heavy Cream and Hot Chocolate Mix in a mixing bowl
- Beat until combined and gets creamy
- Add this to the set Oreo crust
- Even out the top
- Refrigerate overnight
STEP 3: FROSTING
- Get the cheesecake out of removable base sprigfoam pan
- Add chocolate ganache over it
- Even out the top using an offset spatula
- Add whipped cream frosting over it
- Decorate with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips
STEP 4: SERVE
- Cut into slices and serve

To make baked hot chocolate cheesecake , you just have to make a bit of alterations to this no bake hot chocolate cheesecake recipe and you will be able to make it in no time.
- Bake the cheesecake crust for 8-10 min @350F or 180C
- Cool it down to room temperature before adding the cheesecake filling
- To make the cheesecake filling beat sugar and eggs until creamy. Then add the cream cheese, and beat to combine. Next add the flour in batches and vanilla until combined
- Scrape off the sides, transfer to a baking dish
- Add it over a waterbath
- Bake for 60 min @350F or 180C
- Place in the cooling oven for 1 hour
- After its cooled down, refrigerate overnight or for 8 hours at least
- Add frosting, cut and serve.
