Cheesy Tomato Basil Stuffed Chicken topped with loads of Mozzarella and Feta cheese makes for a healthy high protein and delicious stuffed Chicken breasts dinner recipe.
Cut open the Chicken breasts into butterflies and season with salt and pepper
Stuff the Chicken Breasts with Mozzarella Cheese, Sundried Tomatoes and fold it in carefully tucking in all the filling.
Top the Chicken top with oil from the jar of Sundried tomato.
Heat olive oil in a skillet. As the oil shimmers, add the minced garlic and cherry tomatoes. Lightly season with toasted onion flakes, garlic powder and red pepper flakes. De glaze the pan with Balsamic vinegar. Transfer this to the chicken.
Top the Chicken with Mozzarella Cheese.
Bake @200C or 400F for 15 min.
Once the chicken gets baked, top with freshly crumbled Feta and chopped Basil. Serve
