INSTRUCTIONS
Make the dough: Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Add olive oil and warm water. Stir until combined, then knead on a floured surface for 5 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise 30 minutes.
Preheat oven: Heat to 475°F (245°C). Place pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
Shape the heart: Roll dough into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface. Shape into a heart by creating a dip at the top center, rounding the sides, and pinching the bottom to a point.
