INSTRUCTIONS
Place a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and diced onion. Cook for 5–7 minutes, breaking up the meat with a spoon, until the beef is fully browned and the onions are soft.Stir in the minced garlic, chili powder, and smoked paprika. Toss everything together for about 1 minute until fragrant.Transfer the meat mixture into a greased slow cooker.
Add the sliced kielbasa, diced potatoes, drained beans, and drained corn to the slow cooker.Pour in both cans of diced tomatoes (with juices) and the beef broth. Stir well to combine all ingredients.Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours (or HIGH for 3 to 4 hours) until the potatoes are fork-tender.
