Shrimp Udon Stir Fry is a comforting and easy Udon stir fry recipe. It gets ready in just 15-minutes and is bursting with our favorite takeout flavors.
Bring a pot of salted water to boil. As the water boils, add the Udon noodles and cook them until al dente for about 2-3 minutes. After the Udon noodles get cooked, drain the water and keep the noodles aside.
Heat Sesame Oil in a Pan. As the oil shimmers, Add the Shrimps and cook until they turn pink for about 2-3 minutes.
Move the Shrimps over to one side of the pan and add minced Garlic, chopped Onions, chopped Green Beans, chopped Bell Peppers, and chopped Carrots to the other side. Saute over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes or until the veggies tenderize.
Pour Oyster Sauce, Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, Rice Wine Vinegar, Salt, and Pepper. Toss to combine everything with the sauteeing veggies
Add the cooked Udon Noodles. Toss to combine everything. Combine the noodles with the sauce and the veggies.
Garnish with chopped Green Onions and serve immediately.
