Preheat the oven to 220 C or 420 F and line a Muffin tin with Cupcake liners or brush with oil and keep aside.
Mix the wet ingredients - Butter, Brown Sugar, Orange Extract, Orange Zest, Orange Juice and Pomegranate Seeds in a Mixing bowl.
In the same bowl add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and mix everything well, until you get a lumpy batter.
Bake your Muffins at 220 C or 420 F for 5 minutes and then reduce the temperature by 100 degrees and bake for another 5 minutes. Allow the Muffins to cool down before you have it.

The muffin batter should be lumpy. It'll make sure that you have good muffins
Do not cream the butter as you do for a cake. It's always best to not use a mixer and just whisk your Muffin batter.
Cool the Muffins before you get them out.
If you want to make Eggless Orange Pomegranate Muffins, use 1 teaspoon Yogurt and White Vinegar (each) in place of 1 Egg.
