INSTRUCTIONS
Wash the Cauliflower and dry using a paper towel. Cut it into florets.
Use a box grater - Use a regular box grater with medium sized holes. Grate the Cauliflower until "riced"
OR Food Processor - Add the chopped Cauliflower florets in the food processor and pulse until "riced"
Once the Cauliflower is "riced" you can transfer it to a ziplock bag and refrigerate for 2 weeks or freeze for about 2 months for further use.
To cook Cauliflower Rice, heat Olive oil (or any cooking oil) in a skillet. As the oil shimmers, add the Cauliflower Rice and saute for 2 min over medium heat. Cover cook for 5-6 min. Fluff with a fork and serve.
You can garnish with some Chopped Cilantro and Lime Juice or eat it as is with any curry of your choice.
