INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat your oven to 350F or 180C
First, start by melting the Butter along with the dark chocolate. Stir constantly and keep the flame low. Your butter and chocolate will melt in just a minute, so do not leave it. Just keep stirring and the moment it's 1/2 melted turn off the flame and keep stirring until you get a smooth and glossy ganache. Allow it to cool down to room temperature before you use it further.
Next in a mixing bowl, mix Yogurt with Sugar. Use a handheld mixer to mix these two until smooth.
Add the chocolate mix to this. Stir well using a silicon or wooden spatula until you get a smooth mix.
Sieve the flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, and Cocoa Powder into the mix and stir well until smooth.
Line an 8"x8" Baking tray with parchment paper and place your brownie batter into it. Use a spatula to smoothen the top and top with walnuts.
Bake your brownies for 30 minutes and chill them for an hour before you cut them out.
