Preheat oven to 340F or 170C and grease a casserole dish with butter.
Shallow fry Halved Mushrooms and Chopped Potato over a skillet with Olive Oil. Until they turn golden brown from sides. Season them with some salt and freshly grounded black pepper.
Pour all your mushroom and Potato mix on it.
Drizzle some Mozzarella Cheese, some Parmesan Cheese and top it off with some processed cheese.
Bake for at least one hour.
Notes
Check if your casserole is done at 40 minutes and then re-check at 60 minutes.
