Healthy Kiwi Chia Pudding makes for a healthy breakfast or healthy snacks with fresh kiwis. This is easy to make and is low carb, vegan, and a sugar-free dessert recipe.
Wash and rinse the Chia Seed. Soak them in a bowl with coconut milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
Layer a glass with freshly chopped Kiwis, followed by a layer of the Chia Pudding, followed by some Plant Based Heavy Cream (if you're using) and finally some freshly chopped Kiwis. Serve

Refrigerate until served. This is best served chilled!
