Strawberry Crisp is one of the best Summer Desserts where fresh and juicy strawberries are topped with crunchy and buttery oatmeal topping. This is best enjoyed with a scoop of vanilla on top.
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl combine Strawberries, Cornstarch, Salt, and Honey. Mix well so that there is no trace of white cornstarch on the strawberries. Pour it into your prepared baking dish.
In a separate mixing bowl of medium size, combine Oat flour, rolled oats, cold butter cubes, and honey. Use a fork or a pastry blender to mix it well until it resembles a wet sand-like consistency.
Sprinkle the mixture on the strawberry filling. Spread it out evenly with a spatula or the back of a spoon.Bake this in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30-minutes, or until the top is almost golden-brown and the mixture is bubbly.
Serve warm with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream on top.
