INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the ingredients for BBQ Marinade in a bowl. Keep aside.
In a separate bowl, combine the seasonings.
Combine the seasoning mix with BBQ marinade. Mix well. Set aside.
Baste the chicken (both sides) generously with the combination of seasoning and bbq marinade. Set aside some of the marinade for basting the chicken once again while grilling.
Heat a grill pan with some extra virgin olive oil.
As the oil shimmers, place the chicken skin side down.
Baste the chicken with the leftover marinade. Cook both sides of the chicken for 4-5 minutes on medium-low heat.
Flip the chicken and baste the leftover marinade on the other side.
Garnish these bbq chicken breasts with fresh chopped cilantro. Serve this alongside some steamed veggies. Enjoy.
