Easy Vanilla Cupcakes are the cutest Easter Nest Cupcakes topped with mini eggs. These look so cute, are so easy to make and everyone will love them for sure!
Preheat the oven to 350F or 180C and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners. Whisk the flour and baking powder together until combined through.
Pour in all the wet ingredients and combine to make the cupcake batter.
Transfer the batter to the lined muffin tin. Bake @350F or 180C for 15-20 min.
Beat 1 cup of Heavy Whipping Cream & Melted Dark Chocolate together to make Chocolate Ganache frosting. Take it in a piping bag with star tip to make the Chocolate nest.
Add a drop of green food color to the remaining Heavy Whipping Cream and beat to make green "grass" frosting. Take it up in a piping bag with Wilton 233 nozzle to make grass.
Frost the cupcakes. Start by piping the green frosting around the edges. Add a swirl or two of the chocolate frosting in the center. Fill in with mini eggs and enjoy!
