¼cupsun-dried tomatoes(packed), drained and chopped

INSTRUCTIONS
Chop the Chicken Breast into bite-sized chunks.
Season the Chicken Breast with Garlic Powder, Smoked Paprika, Dried Basil, Red Pepper Flakes, Olive Oil, Salt, and Pepper.
Add the chicken to a skillet and cover cook over low heat for 4-5 min.
Add low-fat milk, low-fat cream cheese, reduced-fat parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and tomato paste to the blender. Blend to make a smooth and creamy sauce.
Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken. Cover cook over low heat for 4 more minutes.
Once the chicken gets cooked, serve this creamy Tuscan Chicken. Garnish with some freshly chopped Basil and some chopped cherry tomatoes enjoy with cooked rice or pasta.
