Jammy Raspberry Crumble Bars - This is a quick and easy Raspberry dessert with a buttery topping and an equally buttery crust Filled with a jammy raspberry filling.

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350F or 180 C
In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, cold butter cubes, and oats. Use a pastry blender or your hands to bring it to a coarse meal-like consistency.
Pour half of the flour mixture in a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Reserve some of it for the topping.Pour one cup Raspberry Jam and spread it out evenly with a spoon or spatula.Now sprinkle the remaining flour mixture on the jammy layer.
Bake this in a preheated oven at 350°F or 180°C for 30-32 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.Bring it down to room temperature and cut into bars. Serve.
