Easy Sheet Pan Roasted Sausage and Veggies is a low carb and keto dinner recipe. Its so easy to make and is so full of flavors. A perfect familu dinner recipe with smoked Sausages and Roasted Veggies.

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 420F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Heat Avocado Oil in a skillet. As the oil shimmers add the chopped Sausages and cook for 2-3 min.
Next add the chopped veggies. Now here's the key thing. Layering in stages of roasting makes the veggies stay perfectly crunchy. Start by roasting the Broccoli and onions (5 min), then add pepper, Zucchini and Squash (finish roasting together for 10-12 min). Add the seasoning and toss to combine.
Transfer to the lined sheet pan. Add the veggies and sausage. Arrange them in a single layer. Roast for 8 min.
Garnish with freshly grated Parmesan Cheese. Now here's the best part. Use the fresh garlic, mash it using the back of your palm and knife, combine it with the olive oil, red wine vinegar and lemon juice. Once you combine everything, drizzle this over the dish.
Garnish with some freshly chopped herbs - basil or parsley and serve.
