Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
Combine almond flour, greek yogurt, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Knead the dough until soft. Make sure your hands are lightly floured.
When the dough is ready, eyeball it and divide the almond flour bagel dough into eight equal pieces. (doesn’t need to be perfect!) Shape each piece into a ball. Use your index finger to press through the center of each ball. Make a hole of about 1.5 – 2 inches in diameter.
Use a pastry brush to brush the egg wash on top and around the sides of each bagel. Also, brush egg wash on the bottom of each bagel to ensure they come out golden brown on each side. Place four bagels onto each lined baking sheet.
Bake the bagels in a preheated oven at 425 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until dark golden brown.Remove from the oven and allow the bagels to cool down on the baking sheet for at least 20 minutes. Then, transfer them to a wire rack to let them cool completely.
Top them with Homemade Everything Bagel Seasoning and serve with cream cheese.
